Abstract

This study systematically examines the sources of the Mongolian Language Test Manual and the Measurement Test reading materials, using the selection and analysis methods of TOEFL and IELTS reading content, and evaluates their role in Mongolian society, their usage, and the teaching orientations for foreign language learners. The results of the study show that the TOMFL test materials emphasize the diversity of language use and formality, and provide a balance between language, culture, and social information, and provide international students studying Mongolian with an important learning guide, learning methodology, and the ability to adapt to the Mongolian social environment.
