Analysis of Impacts on Higher Education Quality

The purpose of our study is to examine how four key factors—campus environment, curriculum evaluation, managerial support, and the professional skills of academic staff—affect both the perceived and actual quality of education in Mongolian universities.
The research compares public and private higher education institutions to identify similarities and differences in their approaches to maintaining and improving academic standards. Based on theoretical foundations such as the Input–Process–Output (IPO) model, Total Quality Management (TQM) in education, and Human Capital Theory, the study investigates how effective managerial support, well-trained teachers, modern learning environments, and continuous curriculum evaluation collectively enhance teaching effectiveness, student satisfaction, and institutional performance.
The findings are expected to provide evidence-based recommendations for policymakers, educational leaders, and accreditation bodies, contributing to the strengthening of Mongolia’s higher education system and supporting sustainable improvement of education quality across both public and private institutions.
